GDPR Compliance

How we protect personal data and support your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data Protection

Personal and patient information is handled in line with UK GDPR, used only to provide the service, and never sold.

Encrypted Connections

All connections to the platform are encrypted, and every user signs in with their own account.

Role-Based Access

Staff only see what their role needs, and patient records are visible only to the pharmacy providing the care.

Audit Trail

Sign-ins, record views, clinical decisions and data exports are recorded, ready for review if needed.

Controller and processor

eHealth Solutions Ltd (company number 13084298) is the controller for the account, contact and billing information of pharmacies and their staff. For patient information entered into the platform, the pharmacy providing the care is the controller, and we act as its processor, handling that information only on the pharmacy's instructions.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Access the data held about you
  • Have incorrect data corrected
  • Have your data erased in some circumstances
  • Restrict or object to processing
