eHealth PGD is provided by eHealth Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13084298), of Tricorne Stables, 15a Sandy Lane, Wokingham, England, RG41 4DD ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we use personal data when you visit this website, register a pharmacy or use the platform, and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
If you are a patient completing an assessment or booking with a pharmacy, the pharmacy providing your care is responsible for your personal and health information (it is the "controller"). We provide the software the pharmacy uses and process your information only on the pharmacy's instructions, to deliver that service. For questions about your care or your records, or to exercise your rights, please contact the pharmacy directly. If you contact us, we will pass your request to the pharmacy.
We share personal data only where needed to run the service, with:
We do not sell personal data.
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as a UK adequacy decision or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
We keep account information while your account is open. After it closes, we keep billing and financial records for as long as the law requires (normally six years) and delete or anonymise other account data when it is no longer needed. Patient and consultation records are kept in line with the retention requirements that apply to the pharmacy.
Connections to the platform are encrypted, every user has their own login, access is role-based, and actions are recorded in an audit trail. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if anything goes wrong.
