eHealth PGD is provided by eHealth Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13084298), of Tricorne Stables, 15a Sandy Lane, Wokingham, England, RG41 4DD. These terms apply to pharmacies and healthcare professionals who register for or use the platform. By using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
If you are a patient booking a service or completing an assessment, your care is provided by the pharmacy, not by us, and your agreement for that care is with the pharmacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled.
The platform is for qualified healthcare professionals and their teams. Anyone supplying or administering medicines under a PGD must hold a valid professional registration (for example with the GPhC) and be authorised under that PGD. You are responsible for making sure your professional indemnity insurance covers the services you provide.
Our PGDs are authored by qualified clinicians, but every clinical decision, and responsibility for patient care, rests with the practitioner delivering the service. You must make sure you have the competence and training needed for each service, and that you follow the PGD in full.
Subscriptions are sold per pharmacy, per year, and are paid annually in advance. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. Your subscription renews at the end of each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the year you have paid for. Offers, such as the cheapest of four bundles being free for the first year, apply as described at the time you subscribe.
Keep your login details private and make sure each member of your team uses their own login. You are responsible for activity under your pharmacy's account and for removing access for staff who leave.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell registered pharmacies about significant changes.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
